3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail.

Standard UK shipping is included in the price of all orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 2 working days.

An express 24-hour shipping option is also available for an additional £5.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@veramilanoshoes.shop with your order reference and the reason for the return. We will generate a Royal Mail return label and send it to you by email. Simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office to send it back, no printer required.

Return shipping is always free.
