Since our shoes are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, or finish may occur. These are not defects, but part of the character of artisanal production.

We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail.

Standard UK shipping is included in the price of all orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 2 working days.

An express 24-hour shipping option is also available for an additional £5.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item arrives defective or incorrect.

If a product is found to be defective, we will cover the cost of the return and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability. Additional exchanges may require the customer to cover shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for customer-paid returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
